Avondale Kung Fu & Zen Wellness

Founded in 1995, United Martial Arts has helped thousands of students and their families reach their martial arts goals while improving their overall health and quality of life. Our student body is comprised of individuals from all walks of life and ranges in age from age 5 to age 100. The United Martial Arts lineage serves Avondale families through our in-person location: Avondale Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, and Meditation. We specialize in the teaching of traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Taoist healing arts.

We believe in a Positive Mind, Healthy Body concept to achieve the highest level of success in your training. This means that in addition to learning the martial arts and self-defense aspects of Kung Fu, you will also improve your confidence, self-respect, focus, awareness, flexibility, strength, coordination, and fitness.

We focus our basic martial arts curriculum on children and families while providing a highly comprehensive training program for the serious martial artist.
